Engine tuning is usually expensive and complicated. However, in the case of supercharged engines it is possible to increase performance just by spinning the supercharger a little faster, generating more boost and power without having to rev the engine any higher. This is achieved by fitting a performance supercharger pulley. For Jaguar, Range Rover and Mini models we have a range of very simple upgrades which not only give extra power and torque you really can feel, but offer seriously good cost effectiveness in terms of £ per bhp, especially compared to exhaust changes or other conventional tuning.

Pulley Upgrades
Pulley upgrades can offer supercharger driven speed increases from 6% to 16%. It is generally accepted that a 10% blower speed increase on these cars gives about a 2.5psi boost pressure rise, which equates to 35-40bhp (with 40ftlb) improvement on a 400bhp car. While that sort of figure is realistic for the midrange, high rpm peak power rise may be more like 10-15bhp, because the roots-type Eaton superchargers (M45, M62, M90, M112, M122) become less efficient at the high end of its operating range. Dyno graphs for M112-equipped cars tend to show boost dropping off towards redline, but that doesn’t prevent the trusty Eaton from responding beautifully across most of the rev range, giving the feel of a larger motor as well as more eager throttle response.

TVS superchargers (in the later 5.0 and 3.0 Jaguar and Range Rover models) tend to give a wider response across the rev range, with strong gain right to red line.
We supply the highest quality CNC turned stainless steel supercharger upper pulleys and billet alloy lower pulleys to retail and trade worldwide, with thousands of happy customers.

Supercharger Upgrade Pulleys
Once Ford had thrown cash and technology in the direction of Jaguar’s designers, a new generation of superb performance luxury cars was born in the late-1990s.
The supercharged Jaguars are great cars to begin with, but there is more performance to be had from them quite easily. Many Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes and Mini cars were produced to take advantage of supercharging instead of conventional tuning or turbos, making superchargers commonplace today.
We have a range of supercharger upgrade pulleys available for Jaguar and Range Rover cars from the early 4.0 to latest 5.0 and 3.0 models, and other products including intercooler radiators, road springs, roll bars and supercharger parts or some of the Jaguar range.
